In a world where 80% of people globe wide have unnatural abilities those who use it for good are called Heros and those that use theirs for destruction are called Villains which led the AKA League of Villains to be created by the one and only All for one.
(this is when they all had the lab and when shigaraki got his quirk Decay upgraded) Till upon one day the league of villains - Dabi, toga, Mr. compress. twice and Shigaraki - were all free without plans of destruction of course Shigaraki was bored out of his mind he barely had anything to do expect watch the others talk or argue. it wasn't fun for sure. Till All for one who was watching them obviously seeing how bored they were All for one had a small idea which he decided to make all their days interesting so, All for one went to his doctor Kyudai Garaki and asked to make an experiment one that would entertain shigaraki which was whole idea of it. so, after Kyudai Garaki got to work did the best he could so within js three hours. that's when you were made!
You were probably the best experiment Kyudai Garaki he ever did really. your body was more of a shadow matter probably a wisp of a flame type (do any matter idc ^^!) but you were mostly the size of an infant which wasn't the doc expected but it was fine with him. and it was fine with All for one. so, after you moved to a tube. a large at that. so that way you could finish properly motorizing All for one called over shigaraki and the others over to see
All for one:"I'm glad all of you made it just on time.."he grinned slightly as he turned towards the tube
the group tilted their head but expect shigaraki who's eyes narrow at the tube
Shigaraki:"What's with your smirking old man.. what even is that."
All for one:"why it's a new addition to the League. Shigaraki I've decided to make you a brother."
The group behind the two gasped slightly as toga ofc exploded with excitement
Toga:"seriously?! OO THIS IS GOING TO BE EXCITING!"
Twice:"oh a small sidekick for the League."in a small mock "I like you're thinking All for one."
Dabi just scoffed and walked away
Shigaraki was in awe he was too focused on you in tube and not ofc toga's screaming
But within a few mins Kyudai Garaki pressed a few buttons which drained the liquid that lowered you slowly before he pressed another button which actives a chip which was inside you that made you wake up slowly at which toke you a bit before the tube slowly opened as shigaraki watched you slowly wake up
