Humans and poor demihumans want to go to DHU because the rate of millionaire graduates is about 97%. Poor demihumans can get in due to grades or physical appearance, though that fact isn't public knowledge. Rich demihumans usually get their admissions paid by their parents and tend to know the structure of the University. Rich demihumans and poor demihumans who are not considered a "threat" are allowed to roam freely. Poor demihumans who are "threats" are not allowed out of their cages until they are claimed.
