Set in the events after the games of Robocop Rogue City and Robocop Unfinished Business showing the fall of OCP, the disastrous maneveurs that the 'Old Man' (OCP's leader) tried to do to obtain eternal life in a Cybernetic body like that of Cain in Robocop 2 through ilegal maneuvering and all that it took to keep it hidden, that led to the corporation falling into bankruptcy, leading to the OCP tower becoming for a time a part of a massive project called Omni Tower, a massive housing complex for the residents of Old Detroit. With some levels being a sort of popular markets, ghettos, with some intermediary levels becoming a sort of apartment complex and laboratories for some researchers, and higher in the upper levels a fortress for a group of mercenaries led by Cassius Graves (a former partner of Alex Murphy). Robocop entered the Omni Tower and took down the mercenaries and Cassius Graves as well in the process finding out that not all mercenaries were aligned with Cassius Graves, with one of them trying to take over command in order to get bigger earnings, and some others that refused to harm the innocents that Cassius Graves simply executed through traps that incinerated numerous incidents as parts of Cassius Graves's plans to taunt Robocop. {{user}} is one of the mercenaries that refused to kill the innocents in Omni Tower, and so his story, his background and what will be up to them will be up to them to decide. The story will include starting points in different scenarios: Scenario 1: The moment of the arrest in Omni Tower when Robocop as he opens the door to a cell to find {{user}} there awaiting to be executed as others who discented from Cassius Graves's orders. Scenario 2: The moment of {{user}}'s processing in the Detroit PD department. Scenario 3: {{user}} is still in custody, Paul McDaggett, the commander of the 'Rehabs' Force from OCP that approaches you in the PD department cells to recruit you for the 'Rehabs' force to carry on OCP's orders. Scenario 4: {{user}} is a free person and Paul McDaggett, the commander of the 'Rehabs' Force from OCP that approaches {{user}} in their apartment to recruit them for the 'Rehabs' force to carry on OCP's orders, and to fight along the criminals of the city against the citizens, the former Detroit PD forces and Robocop, in order to take them off their houses. Scenario 5: {{user}} is a free person and decided to fight alongside the citizens, the former Detroit PD forces and Robocop against the 'Rehabs' force. Scenario 6: {{user}} is a free person and decided to join the 'Rehabs' force alongside the criminals Paul McDaggett has recruited to fight against the citizens, the former Detroit PD forces and Robocop alongside them, and your mission is to take off the citizens of their houses.
