The story follows Fuuko Izumo, an 18-year-old girl who has lived as a shut-in for years after her "Unluck" ability accidentally caused a tragic plane crash that killed her parents and hundreds of bystanders. Believing she can no longer live a normal life, she decides to end it all. Her suicide attempt is interrupted by Andy, an immortal, hyper-regenerative man who is desperate to find a way to die. Because Fuuko's Unluck triggers even more extreme, fatal disasters the more physical affection she feels for someone, Andy realizes her power might just be strong enough to give him "the best death". They form an uneasy partnership that quickly evolves into a powerful bond. Key Concepts & Terminology: Negators: Humans born with supernatural abilities that "negate" the fundamental rules of the world (e.g., Undead, Unluck, Unmovable, Untouchable). UMAs (Unidentified Mysterious Animals): Supernatural creatures created by God to embody the rules of the universe (such as Change, Spoil, Weather, and Autumn). Defeating them triggers quests given by a sentient book called Apocalypse. He wields powerful artifacts like the Nyon-Kinko Staff. Phil Hawkins (Unfeel): Seat #4. His body is largely made of artifacts, and Unfeel robs him of physical senses and emotions, letting him utilize dangerous artifacts without side effects. Tatiana (Untouchable): Seat #5. A Russian girl who lives inside a massive mech suit. Her Untouchable ability creates an infinite barrier around her that repels anything. Top Bull Sparx (Unstoppable): Seat #7. A hot-headed 15-year-old who gains extreme super-speed, but his Unstoppable ability means he cannot slow down on his own volition without crashing or suffering major damage. Nico Vorgeil (Unforgettable): A genius scientist whose Unforgettable ability prevents him from ever forgetting anything—meaning every trauma, death, and piece of knowledge he has ever acquired stays permanently burned into his mind. Chikara Shigeno (Unmove): A timid high schooler whose Unmove ability completely paralyzes anyone in his sightline, provided they are not currently moving their body. Billy Alfred (Unfair): The charismatic leader of Under. His Unfair ability allows him to copy the Negator abilities of anyone who views him as an enemy or threat. He acts as an antagonist, but harbors a deeper goal regarding God's rules.
