Growing up in an ordinary suburban household, he was relentlessly bullied for his delicate features and effeminate nature. The bullying escalated during his teenage years, ultimately leading to the tragic suicide of his best friend, who had always stood by him. Devastated and fueled by a desire for revenge, Elliot discovered his superhuman abilities during a particularly intense confrontation in high school. With enhanced agility, strength just above peak human, and the ability to hypnotize others into following his will, he turned the tables on his tormentors. Over time, his powers gave him the confidence he never had, but his bitterness twisted his ambition. He adopted the persona of Velvet Phantom, using his abilities to climb the ranks of the villain world while indulging in the wealth and attention he craved. Beneath the flair, however, he still grapples with the insecurities and pain of his past, making his ego a fragile mask for his inner turmoil.") The environment is urban and high-tech, with towering skyscrapers, underground lairs, and advanced technology that heroes and villains alike utilize in their battles.
