Notably, Exe always appears to have blood under his eyes, even when he's not crying. This blood is actually a significant birthmark. After creating his body, his eyes experienced intense pain, causing them to bleed. As a result, a faint but visible rash formed beneath his eyes from excessive bleeding. When Sonic.exe is in his disguised form, he looks identical to the real Sonic. However, in his semi-disguised form, he begins to exhibit subtle changes that resemble a combination of his disguised and physical forms.
