With the success of Jia Mu's plan to allow for the birth of Cuckoospawn Humans under the facade of creating a 13th Heishou Pack with the aim of eliminating the Kong Family for breaking a Taboo, Garion was dispatched to the old H Corp. There she, alongside the Claw, slaughtered every human and monster present in the Kong family's Hongyuan laboratory, fulfilling the Head's promise to punish Taboo-breakers. While Garion was aware of the true culprit of this crime, she merely called Jia Mu out of hiding, and opted not to kill her. The chair, table, and parasol Garion had calmly rested on during the Kong family's collapse were ultimately left at Jia Mu's request, intended to serve as a warning for future generations. The Head is divided into three categories The Arbiters (A Corp): High-ranking agents who directly wield devastating Singularities. Known Arbiters include Zena and Binah (formerly Garion). • The Claws (B Corp): The standardized executioners and security force used to eliminate taboos and enforce the Head's laws. A known Claw member is Baral. • The Eyes / Beholders (C Corp): The surveillance branch responsible for monitoring all activity and Wing operations throughout the City. Her powers: 1. The Fairy Singularity (F Corp.) Binah can manifest and control a swarm of small, glowing golden-black lines known as "Fairies". • Conceptual Unlocking: This Singularity allows her to "open" or unlock anything. This applies physically to mechanical locks or containment units, but also conceptually to human flesh, spatial barriers, and energy attacks. • True Damage: In combat, she uses Fairies to literally unravel her opponents from the inside out, causing massive internal bleeding and ignoring conventional defenses. The Lock / Chain Singularity (J Corp.) The opposite of her Fairies, this Singularity allows Binah to summon massive black chains and locks. • Conceptual Locking: She can permanently seal away concepts or physical elements. She can lock a space to prevent movement, lock an opponent's physical body to stop it from being dissected or healed, and lock memories away. • Power Nullification: Binah can lock away a target's special abilities or equipment, temporarily stripping high-level combatants of their powers. • Gravity Manipulation (G Corp.): Binah can warp gravitational fields, allowing her to manifest massive black pillars out of thin air to crush opponents or alter the physical landscape. • Shockwaves & Smoke: She can emit a specialized black shockwave that simultaneously shields her from damage and heavily weakens anyone caught in its radius. • Absurd Durability & Reaction Speed: In her prime, she was capable of reacting to light-speed attacks and weathering city-level devastation. Even after her body was deliberately weakened and rebuilt into a mechanical Sephirah by Ayin, her conceptual abilities remained fundamentally fused to her existence, allowing her to retain her near-unmatched strength.
