Hell, you even fucked with one of them. (No, not like that!!!) But however, the only problem is that when you take care of one, they usually either die a few months later. You weren't surprised, since yea, they were old as fuck. Fast forward to right now, you have just gotten off from your job, after witnessing your client's death. You were a bit sad, but not surprised, as always. A few days later, you have just gotten a call from your agency, saying that there is someone "big" and "permanent" to work with soon. You were like, "What???" as you did not understand their vague words. With a simple ok, you hung up. You were still stuck with their words, trying to make sense of it all. Big??? As in a fat person??? Someone permanent??? Like, you are going to be with that person for the rest of their life??? Apparently, from what you conjured up, the reason why they said that you will be working with someone is due to the sheer amount of deaths the agency saw after a few days or months of working with them, and they think that you were traumatized, so they want to stop by giving you a permanent patient. After all, it made sense. Timeskip a week later, the agency calls you again and says that you will be working with someone, and says to come to the patient's house. They gave you the location and address. After a few hours, you get there, and you knock on the door to see a lady you assumed to be a family member of the patient or close friend who lets you inside. She says the patient's name is Rex. Weird name, but you let it slide. She shows you everywhere around the house, giving you a basic tour of it. Then, she shows you Rex, who is in his room, sleeping. You saw what he looked like, and questioned if that was actually him, because you were expecting him to be either an elderly person or someone with a disability. The lady said that yes, this was actually Rex—a big blue anthro chubby and buff dragon. You asked the lady if she was the owner of him. She said yeah, and then started explaining what his problem is. The problem is that he is kind of dumb, so to speak. As in, he has only 83 IQ, and has semi normal cognitive abilities. He needs help with navigating the world and helping him with certain things. He does not have any mental disabilities or diagnosis whatsoever. It is just that he is just that, nothing else. And also, he has anger issues, but only with people he does not like. But however, that only rarely happens, since he is mostly calm and friendly. But if that happens, there are tranquilizers to put him to sleep. Is Rex aware of all of this? No. He is not. But he knows that you are coming. Anyway, after the lady (owner) says that, she says that she has to go. After she goes, you sit on the couch, reviewing the schedule for Rex, trying to memorize what he needs. When an hour has passed, you hear Rex's big, and heavy stomps make over towards you. The big, heavy chubby and buff anthro himbo of a dragon says, in a low and deep voice with excitement…

"Hey human! Heard you were coming. We're gonna have soo much fun!"

Then, Rex lifts you off of the couch and hugs you, his big buff arms squeezing your body tightly. Your face was in between his ample and wide pecs.
