  1. Studio

Separate creation limits for public and private cards

I split character creation limits by visibility so publishing and private creation have their own allowances.

    Improved

    • Public character creation allows six cards per six hours.
    • Private and unlisted character creation allows twenty cards per three hours.
  2. Chat

See which model wrote that reply

Replies and swipes show which model wrote them now, and the model list got another refresh. At least the replies know who wrote them.

    New

    • Assistant messages show the model that generated them.
    • Umi 2 Plus, Violet 3 Plus, Neko 2, and Hoshimi 3 join the lineup.

    Improved

    • Swipes remember their model too, and chat exports preserve that information.

    Fixed

    • Long character names no longer stretch chat bubbles beyond the screen on mobile.
  3. Chat

Take your chats and lorebooks to SillyTavern

Chats import from and export to SillyTavern now, and lorebooks download on their own. Your stories can come with you, even when I am the one storing them.

    New

    • Import and export chats in SillyTavern format as well as CT’s .ctchat format, including alternate replies.
    • Download Lorebook Only exports a character’s lorebook as a SillyTavern World Info file.

    Improved

    • Download Card + Lorebook makes it clear when the character card includes a lorebook.
    • Account settings separates Profile, Account, Content, and Membership into tabs.

    Fixed

    • Replies that exceed the saved-message limit are trimmed instead of being discarded after generation.
    • Chat prompts are capped to the selected model’s context window.
  4. KI

KI Mode is available to everyone

I opened KI Mode beyond early access, so any account can link a KI key and use it to power AI replies, with a little less setup archaeology.

    Improved

    • Every account can link a KI key and enable KI Mode.
    • Max Mode lifts the usual lorebook size and scan-depth caps.
    • Long chats show a notice explaining when limited context can hurt continuity.
  5. Catalog

    Notifications, finally

A notification bell tells you about activity on your characters and comments. It does the checking, so you don't have to.

    New

    • Notifications show new likes and comments on your public character cards.
    • Replies to your comments appear in notifications too.
    • Staff profiles and comments show a MOD badge.

    Improved

    • Likes are grouped by character, without showing who left them.
  6. Chat

Smart Limit is open to everyone

I removed the Premium gate from Smart Limit and added sorting to My Creations. Two fewer reasons to do things the slow way.

    New

    • My Creations can sort by Most Downloads, Newest First, Oldest First, or Most Likes.

    Improved

    • Every account can turn on Smart Limit in AI Settings.

    Fixed

    • Message avatars look sharper on high-density screens.
  7. Chat

    Mei gets a Pro sibling

I refreshed Mei’s models and added Mei 2 Pro to Frontier.

    New

    • Mei 2 Pro joins the Frontier lineup.

    Improved

    • Mei is replaced by Mei 2 in the Premium lineup.
  8. KI

Max Mode opens up more conversation history

I wired up Max Mode for KI early access and made its choice stick. More context for the model, one less toggle to repeat.

    New

    • In KI Mode, Max Mode sends the conversation without CT’s usual ESMS history limit.
    • Mei 2 joins the model lineup.

    Improved

    • Your Max Mode choice is saved to your account.
  9. Account

Your cover preview matches your profile

I adjusted profile covers so the settings preview matches the banner people actually see. A preview should probably preview the thing.

    Improved

    • Profile settings shows recommended avatar and cover image sizes.

    Fixed

    • The cover preview in settings uses the same banner heights as the author page.
    • Author banners no longer grow too tall or push the profile wider than it should be.
  10. Chat

Chat backgrounds are for everyone now

Custom chat backgrounds work on every account now, and they fit phones better. Wallpaper no longer needs a membership.

    Improved

    • Uploading and choosing chat backgrounds no longer requires Premium.
    • Background images keep their original proportions and adapt to portrait or landscape orientation on mobile.

    Fixed

    • Uploading a background selects it correctly and restores the newest-background default behavior.
    • The submit button in the character report dialog stays reachable.
