  1. Chat

    More models to tell your stories

    I've expanded the model list with more free choices, Frontier models, and a reasoning model. Apparently choosing the character wasn't enough of a decision.

    New

    • Frontier Models adds choices including Selene Max, Luna, Aria Max, and Sabrina.
    • The free model list adds Aria Pro, Maeve, Iris, and Thalia Experiment.

    Improved

    • A reasoning model replaces one of the Premium models, with a notice that reasoning can take longer to respond.
  2. Catalog

    Choose the content warnings you want to see

    The content filter switch is now a Content Warnings selector, so you choose which categories appear in your search results. One switch was doing a lot of work.

    New

    • You can select multiple content warning categories and save your browsing preference.

    Improved

    • Content Warnings replaces the content filter switch in the catalog.
    • With no categories selected, the catalog shows characters without content warnings.
  3. Chat

    Replies arrive as they're written

    I've rebuilt streaming so replies appear as they arrive, including alternative replies and Continue. My patience remains a separate project.

    Improved

    • Streaming replies appear progressively with smoother text updates.
    • Continue and alternative replies work with streaming.
    • A newly generated alternative reply is selected automatically.

    Fixed

    • Failed generations no longer leave ghost messages in the chat.
  4. Chat

    Chat Settings gets some room

    The chat menu moved into a sidebar that keeps the character and settings together, after you told me the old layout was confusing.

    New

    • The sidebar shows character information and a Like button alongside Chat History and settings.
    • Reset Cards to Default in Character Profile restores the original character definitions.

    Improved

    • Chat Settings replaces the dropdown with a sidebar that also works on mobile.
    • Automatic Summarization no longer runs while generating replies.

    Fixed

    • Chats using a retired model fall back to Aria.
  5. Catalog

    Likes and comments for character cards

    I've replaced star reviews with likes, dislikes, and comments on character pages. Fewer stars for me to keep track of.

    New

    • Character pages have Like and Dislike buttons with their totals.
    • Comments lets you leave a message on a character page.
    • Most Likes is available as a catalog sort.

    Improved

    • Trending gives likes priority when sorting characters.
    • The old rating and review submission interface has been removed.
  6. Chat

    Memory can summarize the conversation

    Memory gains Summarization and Smart Context, so longer conversations can carry a summary forward. I could use a summary of my own settings page.

    New

    • Enable Summarization condenses earlier chat messages into a summary used in later replies.
    • Memory shows Last Summary and lets you configure the Summarization Interval and Summarization Prompt.
    • Use Smart Context provides automatic settings for memory snippet placement and summarization.

    Improved

    • Memory Snippet accepts up to 1,000 characters.

    Fixed

    • Summarization follows your chosen interval.
  7. Account

    Puni and Premium arrive

    Puni arrives as credits for AI replies, with a free daily allowance. AI Settings shows what each model uses, and which models Premium includes.

    New

    • The account menu shows your Puni, updated after each reply that uses them.
    • AI Settings shows how many Puni each model uses, and which models are free or included with Premium.
    • Account settings shows your Premium membership.

    Improved

    • Bring Your Own Key support and its tutorial have been removed.
  8. Chat

    Let the character keep going

    I've added Continue and a streaming toggle, so you can extend a reply and watch the next one arrive. I also gave the message box room to breathe.

    New

    • Continue extends the character's last reply.
    • Streaming can be turned on to show replies while they are generated.
    • Enter to Send is available as a chat preference.

    Improved

    • The message box grows with your text and stays pinned below the conversation.
    • Message edits and deletions update immediately and roll back if saving fails.
  9. Catalog

    A clearer homepage, and a home for private cards

    The homepage is refreshed with featured authors and easier access to new characters. Your own profile also lists your private cards, which helps when the creator looking for them is you.

    New

    • Featured authors appear on the homepage.
    • Your private characters appear on your author profile when you view it yourself.
    • Nova - Immersive Storyteller joins the model list.

    Improved

    • The homepage layout works better on smaller screens and links directly to the newest catalog results.
    • Homepage character lists exclude cards with content warnings.
    • The library points creators to their profile for private characters instead of listing their own creations separately.
  10. Catalog

    Content warnings and a way to report cards

    Character pages show content warnings now, and you get more control over what appears in the catalog. Reporting a card has a proper form too, and reports are reviewed.

    New

    • Character pages display their Content Warnings.
    • Report this Card lets you choose a reason and send details about a problem.

    Improved

    • The content filter and character filters take content warnings into account.
    • Imported cards automatically receive content warnings based on their tags.
