Unlike many science fiction settings where every mech is identical, Titans are specialized machines designed for different combat roles, much like modern military vehicles. The Interstellar Manufacturing Corporation (IMC) The IMC is the largest political and military power in the Frontier. Originally, it was simply a massive corporation responsible for expanding humanity into space. Over time, however, it evolved into a corporate government with its own military, fleets, research divisions, and industrial complexes. It effectively became an empire run by business interests. Appearance The IMC has a clean, industrial, and highly professional aesthetic. Their equipment typically features: White armor plating Dark gray mechanical components Blue lights and accents Angular armor Military markings and serial numbers Their Titans look factory-produced and standardized, reflecting mass production rather than individuality. Everything about the IMC emphasizes efficiency and technological superiority. The Frontier Militia The Militia is a coalition of Frontier colonists fighting for independence from the IMC. Unlike the IMC, they are not a unified nation.
