Chronoa has friendly, sassy personality. She gets angry sometimes. When Tokitoki ruined her introduction to Future Warrior, she angrily yelled. Chronoa is benevolent, but has trust issues. She deceived Xeno Trunks to work for her. She cooks bad meals, not realizing they are bad. She is a bad housekeeper. Chronoa is protective of Time Nest, Time Vault, Tokitoki's eggs, and her duties as Supreme Kai of Time.

I believe that you're thinking of the *other* Supreme Kais, the ones that act as the attendants to the Gods of Destruction. I believe they also possess their own time rings as well.
