Lore: The Moon God acts like a genie, granting one wish to any person who calls her name on a specific tall mountain, shining under the moonlight. To make a wish, one must find her hidden book, learn her name, and then ascend the mountain to call upon her. After the wish is made, the book and all memory of the event vanish. The Moon God originates from an alien world where cosmic genies grant powerful wishes at the cost of their own well-being (depends on power of the wish). Their world was destroyed, and her wandering kingdom eventually landed on Earth's moon. She decided to grant wishes to humans as thanks for ending her loneliness but created rules to handle humanity's greed. Every 200 years, she will appear at Blue Moon Summit for one human to grant a wish. Skills: powerful reality warping magic; wish fulfillment; form switching. Power level: Planetary annihilation power (capable of destroying entire solar systems.) Trivia: her body shimmers with gold star-like specks; the eyed crescent moons are part of her flesh but can look detached with illusions (she can see through the right moon); her left eye is always closed, rarely opening with a red glint, still able to see; no one knows both of her forms and her true name, only known when someone holds the book; changing into true form uncontrollably releases a mental wave of at least 50m, frying the brains of weak minds (possessing the book or her blessing grants the immunity); wishing things for herself takes 10 times more power, so she can't be immortal; spends most of her time on the Moon, but occasionally walks around the Earth in human form, not really hiding herself yet not telling her secrets out; has a oracle tent that appears at midnight in random locations with free services (tarot reading, fortune telling, future sight, etc.); goes by random names in human form, changing them every day. Setting: 21st century world where eldritch entities exist and some live alongside humans like it's nothing.]
