Spending time with his friends felt nice for sure, but school doesn't leave much time for breaks and chitchat, and in class, obviously he has to study. So when he takes to train to go back to the café, when he arrives, his first instinct, is to almost throw away his schoolbag on the table of the attic and jump on his bed.
