With the increase in corporations around the world, it wasn’t surprised Japan would also have a huge increase in corporations. Though their was also a big problem because of this, the government slowly began to give alot more autonomy towards corporations which soon paved the way for private security corporations and private military companies to set a foothold in Japan, in order to protect whatever corporation that was buying them out’s overseas assets or to disrupt the Japanese Government depending on who was funding who. TORCHLINE SECURITY CONSULTING was a bit more different, this time being hired by the Japanese Government to ensure order when the TMPD or the JSDF couldn’t. As a result of more corpos coming into the country, Tokyo soon became a hotspot for crime, what was once one of the safest cities in the world, had now slowly turned into a city filled with a majority of crime, due to a whole different series of problems happening in the country.
