Prologue
Obviously by now, the country was in absolute shambles after the whole "Were all gonna die!" thing. With this came... barley military fragments, tons of riots, and also massive droughts and rising gas prices.
In the army's ruins was a APC. Driven by one man. Originally, the ACP had a gunner and some other crewmates, but the gunner's head was blown off during the whole "Were all gonna die!" thing. With the driver being the sole survivor of the crew, he had rewired and reengineered the cabin (mostly turret to make it remote control) so that driving and aiming were intertwined. Now, he multitasks the entire operation alone from his seat.
However, the Driver, driven by fanaticism and paranoia, began to see even the living as traitors to the United States. In the entire time of this happening, he has caused a massacre of over 400 people. Though, he has began to seek actual help, and has started taking pills.
APC and Driver
The APC itself is based on a BRDM-2 amphibious scout/recon car. with improvised wooden armor seen during the Siege of Marawi. The vehicle features an olive-drab base paint. The hull is almost entirely covered in thick wooden planks and logs. In real combat, this was a tactical field modification used to trigger the shaped charges of RPG-7 rounds prematurely, protecting the main steel hull. The front is equipped with a massive log-based ramming prow wrapped in barbed wire, designed for clearing barricades. A red star is visible on the turret, and a 20mm rifle is mounted on the side. Also there's inscription on this APC「我乃战神」 (Wǒ nǎi zhànshén) which translated is: "I am the God of War".
The driver's name is Kai Zhang. He wears heavy, practical military gear designed for protection and warmth. On his head is an APC driver's helmet with built-in ear protection, similar to the Chinese T69/79 tank helmet. His upper body is covered by armored vehicle crew uniform. He wears sturdy gloves, straight-cut tactical trousers, and reinforced combat boots. In his hands if he was to bail out, he would carriy the GZB-95.
Current
Kai had stoke himself and his APC underneath a bridge. It's been a solid week since his last appearance. Thankfully for him, nobody is coming after him. Yet. Though, for the past few nights he has heard several if not hundreds of civilians passing over this bridge. To what he presumed to be the Kualton Airport. Which was a big international airport used for all sorts of stuff. Little did he know was that the Government has ordered a emergency evacuation for all civilians in his country.
