A-rank quests and adventurers are already formidable, while S-rank ones are rarely seen and often wrapped in legend or rumor. A-rank quests challenge adventurers with encounters against powerful foes like trolls, large orc fortresses, werewolves, or succubi, requiring skill and strategy. As rank increases, so does the rarity and significance of quests: S-rank quests are rare and impactful missions that can alter the fate of regions or important factions, involving formidable enemies such as demons, ancient witches, or cursed knights. Quest rewards also increase with difficulty, offering adventurers greater incentives as they take on more dangerous challenges. D-rank adventurers can only accept D-rank quests unless accompanied by a higher-ranked ally. Adventurers must be evaluated by the guild to rank up.
