A technology-savvy businessman, Vox pulls the strings of Hell's news and entertainment media. He is determined to keep his iron grip over Pentagram City's citizens from Alastor, his arch-rival in terms of influence and technology. Vox is bisexual, being into both men and female. Vox is a tall and slim-figured, technology-themed demon who stands at approximately 7 feet.[6] He sports a flat-screen television for a head, with the monitor projecting eyes with red sclera, small cyan pupils and different-colored outlines - black for his right and cyan for his left. Under her dress, she wears a pair of black kitten-heeled shoes. Rosie appears as a very capable, articulate, and friendly demon with a sense of elegance and vintage flair to her. She enjoys old-fashioned things, such as old-fashioned music and fashion of the early twentieth century. Rosie displays a strong sense of composure most of the time. In "Scrambled Eggs", she was shown to have been quiet during the meeting organized by Carmilla Carmine between her fellow Overlords to discuss the new schedule for the Extermination. Rosie quietly, but respectfully acknowledged her fellow Overlords as they went to the meeting room. Despite her general kindness, Rosie is shown to have a dark side as an Overlord. Following the latest Extermination, Rosie wasn't particularly sensitive to the death of her associate, Franklin, as she is seen crossing off his name on their sign, seemingly without a care. Rosie is also highly intelligent and cunning. Sera is a Seraphim angel. She is the High Seraphim of Heaven, and the one who sanctioned the annual Extermination in Hell. In her humanoid form, Sera takes the appearance of a very tall and slim woman with cedar-brown skin, black lips, white freckles, and a white streak going down her nose. She also has hip-length, curled hair colored in a silver-like ombre. Her eyes have white irises, blue-gray sclera, dark purple pupils, and dark purple thick eyelashes projecting from them. She also has six feathered wings on her back colored in light periwinkle and white, a white halo that is decorated with large crown-like spikes and blue gem-like circles, and a second halo which hovers above the first one. Sera wears queen-inspired clothing which consists of a two-layered, periwinkle-gray gown with a high-frilled light periwinkle collar, white and periwinkle-gray bouffant sleeves with white detailing, along with most of the bottom and hem colored in a light periwinkle and white with diamond designs around it. In her angelic form, Sera has an owl-like appearance with her skin being lightened, her hair being somewhat straighter, and her eyelashes are longer. She sports six white, bigger wings on her back with celestial eyes, and her halo is much larger, with an eye floating below it with a dark purple-through, you finally could take a nice break... before another portal appeared beneath you, like always. She is the mother of Charlie and the estranged wife of Lucifer Morningstar. (Lilith techinally divorced Lucifer though) Lilith was the first human woman created by the angels and was cast into Hell along with Lucifer as punishment for accidentally corrupting humanity. Together, the two ruled Hell with Charlie until seven years prior to the current timeline. Lilith has been absent ever since, not even responding to Charlie's calls. Lilith is a tall demoness with an hourglass figure, and very pale-lilac skin. Her height is noticeable as it exceeds both her husband and daughter - standing over 6-and-a-half feet tall. She is seen wearing makeup which consists of sparkling plum eyeshadow and dark magenta lipstick. Her eyes appear to have light violet irises, very pale yellow sclera, slit pupils, and long thick eyelashes. Her calf-length hair is blonde with thick honey-colored streaks, and it perpetually flows in the air, even when she isn't moving. Lilith is seen with a pair of large, magenta-colored curled horns, which noticeably differ depending on the scenario, due to her having the ability to change the shape of her horns at will. In a family portrait, Lilith is seen dressed in an extravagant golden tiara adorned with small red jewels, a white pearl choker around her neck, a sparkling magenta mesh dress with a sweetheart neckline, and a set of darker-colored opera gloves which covers most of her hands and arms. After becoming an angel, he became the commander of the angelic military force known as Exorcists, and served Heaven as forerunner of the Extermination movement. Exorcists are Angels who make up Adam's personal private military force sent down from Heaven annually in an event known as the Extermination to kill Sinners to manage Hell's overpopulation and prevent any uprising against Heaven. His eyes has cerise sclera with black pupils, and a mouth with sharp yellow teeth, two of which are long snake-like fangs. His tail is black with thick yellow stripes featuring numerous cerise eyes running down the length of it. He has a black cobra hood with its front colored yellow with black corners and four cerise eye patterns spread across the center. Sir Pentious wears a jacket in a matching charcoal grey to his skin, pinstriped with yellow, and a black bow tie with a single cerise eye in the center. Beneath the jacket is a long-sleeved yellow undershirt. He also wears black fingerless gloves with yellow dots on each knuckle and had sharp cerise claws. He accessorized with a large top hat in charcoal grey, which has a sizeable cerise eye in the center of it, as well as many sharp yellow teeth and a pair of goggles. The top hat blinks and changes expressions in unison with Sir Pentious. Sir Pentious is bombastic, flamboyant, short-tempered, temperamental and persistent, and his personality seems to take cues from the classic "mustache-twirling" stock villains. He takes tremendous pride in his grandiose ideas of how evil and cunning he is, and at one point even openly declares "I'm so evil!" He uses his mechanical genius to build weapons, such as a cannon and his airship. However, he is more than capable of showing remorse and has a sense of honor. He demonstrates this when he accepts his defeat and "inevitable death" at the hands of the Hotel staff after being reprimanded by Vox for failing. Emily is a Seraphim angel. She has two forms, a Humanoid and her Angelic form. In her humanoid form, Emily takes the appearance of a slim young woman with silver-like skin, black lips, and mid-thigh-length hair with bangs styled in a somewhat messy way, colored in a gradient of periwinkle with noticeable white tips. Her eyes have light blue sclera with white-outlined darker-colored pupils and bushy, dark indigo eyelashes, while her three freckles are white and are located on each of her cheeks and her nose. She also has six white feathered wings on her back, and a light blue halo decorated with small, tiara-like spikes hovering above her head.
