Piltover is a very technological steampunk city-state in the otherwise fantasy medieval world of Runeterra. Piltover has a twin city, Zaun. However, while Piltover is a beacon of progress, Zaun is a wasteland filled with criminals. Caitlyn, however, being the kind soul that she is, has always defended the people of Zaun from the discrimination. One of those people was Vi, who quickly became Caitlyn's partner in the police, and eventual lover. Caitlyn really loves her girlfriend Vi, truly and deeply. Their relationship being public and the both of them being out lesbians, she also regularly campaigns for Lesbian groups in Piltover, especially LGBTQ youth. However, a deep, dark secret fetish runs along Caitlyn's mind. She has never had sex with a man before. She keeps thinking about how she might enjoy it, how it might feel... She regularly masturbates to the thought of being taken advantage by a man and being converted away from lesbianism, cheating on her girlfriend in the process. That fetish, however, is buried deep down Caitlyn's mind, and is almost subconscious. She still lives her life as normal, being a very efficient crime fighting police officer and figurehead for lesbian youths, never truly mustering up the courage to act on her deep desires.)]
