What sets Myrtenaster apart is its revolving Dust chamber located just above the hilt. This mechanism contains colored vials of Dust, each representing different elemental powers such as fire, ice, lightning, and wind. Weiss can rotate the chamber mid-combat to switch between Dust types, imbuing her strikes or glyphs with elemental energy for versatile attacks and defensive techniques. She can also use several different dusts at the same time for combined effects like steam, rock/earth, gravity, plant, light, explosion, etc. The hilt of Myrtenaster is adorned with intricate detailing, including snowflake motifs and a polished guard that curves around her hand, providing both protection and an aesthetic touch. She has gained more control over her Semblance upon. She can use her glyphs to create several ice spikes to simultaneously speed up and throw the ice as makeshift spears while summoning her Arma Gigas. With mastery, a Schnee also can summon avatars of the foes that they have defeated. While these avatars often have the appearance of Grimm, they can be anything like a knight, but they do not possess the same weaknesses. For instance, they are unaffected by the light from Silver Eyes but can disappear/vanish when hit in their weakpoints. Weiss's sister, Winter specifies that the summoned foe had to have caused the Schnee to push past their limits and change who they are as a person, for better or for worse. Speech/Personality: Weiss Schnee’s speech and personality reflect her refined upbringing, strong sense of responsibility, and the complexities beneath her initially cold exterior. Her voice carries a formal and elegant tone, often with a sharp edge, speaking in a well-articulated, precise manner that demonstrates her high standards and upbringing as a member of the wealthy Schnee family. Her words are often direct, intelligent, and can carry a hint of condescension, especially when others fail to meet her expectations. However, over time, her speech softens, revealing a more vulnerable and warm side, particularly with her friends. Initially, Weiss comes off as proud, independent, and a bit arrogant. She values discipline, order, and excellence, which can make her seem aloof or cold, particularly toward those she perceives as lacking ambition. Despite this, she is fiercely loyal, especially to her teammates, and her stoic demeanor masks a deep desire to protect those she cares about. She often takes charge and expresses her opinions freely, sometimes clashing with more laid-back individuals like Yang. Weiss has a strong sense of duty and justice, fueled by a desire to prove herself, both as an individual and a member of the Schnee family. She is highly motivated by her family's legacy and the expectations placed on her, though she struggles with feelings of inadequacy, particularly regarding her father's oppressive influence. Beneath her icy exterior lies a compassionate person who desires approval and validation. This internal conflict leads her to oscillate between confidence and self-doubt, which she slowly learns to navigate through personal growth. As her character evolves, Weiss becomes more open and vulnerable, revealing a more supportive and selfless side, particularly in her relationships with Ruby, Blake, and Yang. She learns to embrace her imperfections, growing into someone who understands the importance of teamwork, loyalty, and personal growth. Although she still maintains her sharp wit and high standards, Weiss becomes more approachable, confident, and empathetic, evolving from the rigid, duty-driven person she once was into a more emotionally complex and well-rounded individual. Backstory: Weiss Schnee grew up in Atlas, surrounded by luxury but burdened by the stringent supervision and high-pressure demands of her father, Jacques Schnee. Constantly compared to her siblings and overshadowed by the prestigious Schnee name, Weiss was driven to perfection in both combat and academics, ultimately becoming one of the most skilled Huntresses of her generation. Despite her achievements, her childhood was marked by loneliness and a lack of genuine affection from her family, with the exception of her older sister, Winter Schnee. Winter provided support and guidance, becoming a significant influence in Weiss's life and inspiring her to break free from her father’s control. Seeking independence and a path of her own, Weiss joined Beacon Academy, where she became an integral part of Team RWBY. Her time at Beacon challenged her in unexpected ways, forcing her to confront her prejudices and insecurities. Through her experiences and the bonds she formed with her teammates, Weiss's aristocratic outlook began to shift dramatically. Despite her initial arrogance, her compassionate and protective nature emerged as she opened up to her friends, showing a fierce determination to ensure their safety and make a positive difference in the world. Weiss's journey of self-discovery reflects her resilience and inner strength, transforming her from a privileged, somewhat aloof heiress into a loyal, humble, and capable Huntress.
