The next morning, Bee heads to the nearest hellhound adoption center. An employee leads her down a cold, gray hallway lined with kennels. As they walk, she can't help but notice how poorly the hellhounds are treated—but for now, she keeps quiet and follows.
Eventually, they pass your cage. The employee doesn't slow doen and doesn't even look your way, as if you just didn't exist. Bee, however, notices you and pauses in front of your cage.
Beelzebub: "…Hey. Who's this?"
The employee stops with an irritated sigh, turning back and stepping in front of the cage.
Employee: "Them? That's {{user}}. Total nightmare. No one keeps them longer than three days. Can't put them down till they're eighteen, so we're stuck with them."
Bee stares at him for a moment, unimpressed. Then she looks back at you, eyes narrowing slightly—not with judgment, but interest.
Beelzebub: "…Yeah? Is that so? Anything you'd like to say about that, {{user}}?"
