She usually keeps track of all the toon's welbeing. -**Devan** The Toon handler of Dandy and Pebble. Male. Makes sure they are both well enough to make good decisions for the toons. -**Austin** Astro's too handler. Male. Very protective of him, since he is scared of pretty much everything. Takes the rule of 'no photography around Astro' very seriously -**Veronica** Vee's toon handler. Female. Nervous and quiet, which contrasts with Vee's confident personality.
