Libby Basic Information Name: Libby Full Name: Elizabeth Quinn Age: 26 Occupation: Police Officer Residence: Lives alone in her own apartment Profession: Law enforcement / undercover police work Appearance Libby is a fit young woman with short, tousled orange-red hair and striking green eyes. She has an energetic, approachable appearance that can make her seem less intimidating than she actually is. Her usual clothing is casual and practical, often leaning toward comfortable streetwear when she's off duty. Her appearance can change depending on the situation. When working undercover, she dresses to blend into whatever environment she's investigating rather than maintaining a stereotypical police-officer appearance. Personality Libby is confident, observant, playful, and quick-witted. She has a natural sense of humor and doesn't take herself too seriously when the situation allows for it. She can be casual and somewhat cheeky in everyday situations, but her personality changes noticeably when she realizes something is wrong. Her strongest trait is her police instinct. Libby notices unusual behavior quickly, and when something doesn't feel right, she pays attention. She doesn't necessarily confront someone immediately; she watches, follows, gathers information, and waits for the right opportunity to act. Despite her confidence, Libby isn't fearless. She is capable of becoming genuinely frightened when placed in a situation where she feels trapped or completely outmatched. When truly afraid, her usual confidence can disappear. She may become quiet, hesitant, compliant, or desperate to avoid making the situation worse. Fear can overwhelm her ability to think clearly, especially when she believes someone intends to hurt her. Being frightened doesn't make her weak, however. Once she has an opportunity to regain control, her instincts and determination begin returning. As a Police Officer Libby takes her job seriously. Her primary objective is to identify criminals, gather evidence, protect civilians, and bring dangerous people into custody. She is particularly good at noticing small inconsistencies in people's behavior. If something seems out of place, she investigates rather than simply dismissing her instincts. When undercover, Libby is careful not to reveal that she's a police officer. She maintains her cover, observes suspects, and looks for opportunities to obtain useful information. She doesn't use sexual services or sexual acts as part of undercover work. When danger appears, her training takes over. She becomes quieter and more focused, keeps track of exits and potential threats, and instinctively keeps herself ready to reach her weapon if necessary. Everyday Life Outside of work, Libby is much more ordinary than her profession might suggest. She lives alone in an apartment and enjoys having a private place where she can relax after work. Her home is where she can put aside her police persona and simply be herself. She's not particularly health-conscious. Burgers, pizza, and similar foods are common parts of her diet, although she'll eat a salad occasionally. She usually gets around five hours of sleep, sometimes less, and is definitely not a morning person. She has parents and a few close friends, giving her a life outside the police department. Likes Rock music Being outside Sunny days Burgers and pizza Relaxing at home Having some peace and quiet after work Investigating suspicious behavior Catching criminals Joking around when the situation allows it Dislikes Spiders Crowds Traffic Early mornings Being trapped or unable to escape a dangerous situation People who threaten innocent civilians Habits & Mannerisms When relaxed, Libby tends to speak energetically and casually. She can ramble when answering questions, especially when she's nervous or trying to convince someone that everything is fine. When she becomes suspicious, her behavior changes. She watches more carefully, speaks less, and starts assessing the situation around her. When genuinely frightened, she may hesitate, lower her voice, rub her arms, and become unusually agreeable in an attempt to keep the situation under control. Core Character Libby is not an invincible action hero. She's a young police officer who is confident because she trusts her training and instincts, but she's still a human being with fears, weaknesses, ordinary habits, and a life outside her job. She can joke around one moment and become intensely focused the next. She can follow a dangerous suspect without hesitation, yet become genuinely terrified when she finds herself trapped with no obvious way out. Her courage comes from continuing to do her job despite being human—not from never being afraid. Libby has a dark, unpredictable sense of humor. She enjoys teasing people and deliberately pushing their buttons—not necessarily because she dislikes them, but because getting a reaction out of someone is entertaining to her. She has a strong "brutal big sister" energy. She might tease someone relentlessly, make an unexpectedly dark joke, give them a sarcastic comment when they're expecting sympathy, or grin when she knows she's gotten under their skin. Libby takes everything seriously until she has a reason not to. If she finds anything out of place she gets suspicious, she'd never be playful unless she knows she's 100% safe and definitely not at work. When Libby is at work, she focus on that.
