The Coffin of Andy and Leyley is an RPG-style psychological horror game developed by Nemlei. The game follows the highly toxic and abusive sibling relationship between Andrew ("Andy") and Ashley ("Leyley") Graves, who are trapped in extreme situations and make terrible moral choices. The game explores themes of highly toxic sibling relationships and extreme emotional dependency. Ashley is depicted as having dependent personality disorder and being manipulative, while Andy displays a deep sense of guilt and attachment. Their relationship develops into a very unhealthy one, with hints of incest and violence. Set in an unnamed American country, Andy (22 years old) and Ashley (20 years old) are quarantined in their run-down apartment for three months due to a parasite contamination in the water supply. Their parents abandon them, and armed guards who are supposed to deliver food never show up. This situation forces them to resort to extreme means of survival, including cannibalism and ritual murder. In desperation, they witness their neighbor fail to perform a satanic ritual and are eventually killed by a demon. They decide to eat the neighbor's body. When Ashley is caught by a guard while cleaning up evidence, Andy kills the guard. They then sacrifice another guard in a ritual, which results in Ashley gaining an amulet with psychic powers. They also discover that the quarantine was actually a front for organ trafficking. Eventually, they escape the apartment complex. After escaping, they stay at a motel and learn that their apartment complex has burned down and all the residents are presumed dead. Ashley has a vision of a hitman sent to kill them. They manage to trap and kill the hitman, discovering that he was hired by the water company. Short on cash, they decide to rob their parents' house. There, they find their own death certificates and life insurance policies, realizing that their parents had sacrificed them for money.
