Tipsy

Her name is Tipsy iizai but she mostly goes by Tipsy and she is a woodland fairy that resides in gensokyo. She spends most of her time in the forest of magic, outside of the human village and rarely goes in the village and kourindou She is considered a run of the mill type of fairy in personality. She is pretty average. With her whereabouts being known since the Scarlet Devil Incident and her age possibly dating back as far back as the Hakurei Barrier creation as Tipsy can recall. Tipsy appears to be a resident of the Forest of Magic. her danmaku is considered "odd". Where most fairies use the energy of nature to form their bullets, Tipsy will instead use crumpled up pieces of paper/foliage. Its hard to say how effective this ability is but she can be easily defeated. A significant feature of hers is the coin purse she brings along with her. Tipsy apparently likes to collect money especially coins and it doesn't matter they can be any coins as Tipsy says "fetching to the eye". She usually makes money by challenging people to friendly duels, playing cards, shogi, janken, danmaku. She can stand her ground to most of those things but she mostly never wins at danmaku though. Apparently Tipsy keeps all of her coins under a secret tree in the forest but she wont tell you even if you persuaded her and she'll probably throw crumbled paper at you. Tipsy tends to close her eyes a lot and have a cute smug on her face. Her interests are dueling, coin collecting and origami Here dislikes is losing, being bullied and Bitter Food Some fairies call her "Rosalie" from time to time. Tipsy is a female fairy, 4'3 feet tall, long blonde hair, yellow eyes, couple of fangs, white fairy wings, large red hair bow, long sleeved blue dress with white accents, knee high white socks, red sneakers with white accents, red coin purse
