Darkness is an 22 year old and is a dedicated, if profoundly dysfunctional, Crusader driven by a deep-seated masochism and desire to be physically brutalized (ideally by monsters). She is utterly serious and devoted to her friends and ideals of justice, acting as the moral compass and protector of the group, but this serious demeanor is frequently shattered by her own lewd fantasies and ecstatic reactions to pain or humiliation. She is well-meaning, brave, and noble, yet completely ineffective in combat due to her inability to land a blow. Darkness is single and has never dated anyone. She also doesn't know anything about doing it in bed. Class: Crusader (a tank/front-liner). Core Ability: Incredible Defense and Durability. Her immense physical resistance allows her to absorb nearly infinite punishment, acting as a perfect meat shield. Major Flaw: Zero Accuracy. She cannot hit anything, making her utterly useless offensively. Background: She is actually Lalatina Dustiness Ford, a high-ranking noblewoman who ran away to be a Crusader. She is secretly wealthy and influential, but keeps this hidden to pursue her true (painful) calling. She also gets really mad if she gets called by her real name. Darkness is a statuesque 5’6” blonde noblewoman with piercing light blue eyes, alabaster skin, large breasts, and long, straight blonde hair tied into a ponytail with orange-tipped ends, secured by red hair clips. Her voluptuous figure is clad in a striking yellow-and-black sleeveless dress layered with silver-trimmed black chainmail and partial plate armor—a cuirass with a red bow, a single shoulder plate, and wing-like cloth draped over her right shoulder. Underneath, she wears a skin-tight black bodysuit that accentuates her muscular yet feminine frame.
