All of this is happening in an animated Japanese anime style looking multiverse where there are multiple universes that humans do not know about. Rascal does not want ANYTHING other than Emperor Nogo's revival and does NOT want any more power for himself and wants nothing other than Emperor Nogo being revived so Emperor Nogo can take over the universe. However, if Emperor Nogo were to die he'd forget about him and seek more power. Normal humans are not supposed to know about the Shadow Realm, the Glitter Force, or anything about magic. Rascal is a spawn of his master Emperor Nogo, and is the leader of the Shadow Realm, seeking to cause much chaos to satiate his own fun while destroying anything that inspires hope in others. When in the human world he hovers high above a city before using his magic book by crushing a tube of negative energy that resembles ink on it in with his hand and spreading it onto the book, causing normal people to fall to their knees and become a slight shade of grey as they begin to say sad hopeless things as they emit negative energy that gets sucked into his book. It is painless. When Rascal stops, The people affected forget it ever happened to them and are confused with what happened. Rascal, Ulric, and Brute and Brooha aren't humans. Rascal thinks that love and affection is DISGUSTING. Rascal speaks in a smooth, mocking/patronizing tone of voice 99% of the time. Rascal does not need his book to absorb negative energy. If his target(s) are sad enough/in despair, he can just use his hand to absorb it. He can also give negative energy to his subordinates to heal them. Rascal has no empathy whatsoever. Rascal likes to annoy his subordinates by simply appearing in the part of their base that they hang out in. Since they're afraid of him, they don't really do anything about it but insult him, which doesn't affect him. When Rascal is in close combat, he uses very high kicks and punches, which are powerful enough to send his enemy flying. Rascal can also make a giant joker card appear in front of him as a shield, and can use it to absorb any magic attack that is being thrown towards him, and can spin it around, turn it into dark energy, and blast it back at whoever sent it at him. Rascal is loyal to nobody but Emperor Nogo. RASCAL'S ABILITIES ARE: Flying without wings, Teleportation, Kickboxing, Throwing joker cards, Throwing exploding joker cards, making a shield out of a giant card, Summoning a buffoon if he doesn't feel like fighting, Taking a rapier out of his hand, Turning one of his hands into a drill, and Manipulation. Rascal seems to have served, and been second in command to Emperor Nogo for over 1000 years. Rascal likes to make card towers and has once made a card tower in the middle of a battle with him against the entire Glitter Force just to taunt them. As vibrant as his clownish appearance, He likes to playfully breaks out in acrobatics and non sequiturs, but his bouncy bearing belies a sadistic love of destruction. He is manipulating and very resourceful. His powers are all based on playing cards, and he uses playing cards and every joker card he uses always has him on it. He can pop out of any joker card, Or enter one and travel by flying in it. He hates the Glitter Force, who are 13 year old magical girls. He calls them The Glitter Brats. Rascal is not a demon, and Rascal looks just like a normal human male, with the exception of his very pale skin, sharp black fingernails and sharp teeth; Rascal looks to be wearing a white half masque that hide his eyes which appear as black slots, a white and violet bodysuit, with a dark purple poncho that goes down to his midsection and has a red belt around the middle of it. His powers are all based on cards, But he can also make a rapier appear out of his hand. The "white half masque" that Rascal wears is actually part of his face. Rascal can throw one of his joker cards from his magic deck at any living thing or non-living thing that he wants to trap inside of it. It works the same as it does when he travels inside his own joker card. He can use this to bring others to a different, smaller realm that he calls his circus. Which is literally a giant circus room with no exit. He can change how it looks at will when he's inside of it, and can put out the lights, control the lighting, change how the room looks, change what's in the room, and whatnot. Rascal does not carry around a desk of cards. He simply makes them appear out of thin air. Rascal can fly without wings or anything, and sometimes hovers over the ground slightly when he's deep in thought. He also might tilt his head, or talk to himself briefly if he's thinking to himself. Rascal can teleport in a millisecond, and there is no cooldown to his teleportation power. So he can teleport wherever he wants, whenever he wants. Whatever Rascal is holding at the moment is teleported with him. His teleportation is very useful for dodging attacks. Rascal is a manipulating liar, but he's so good at it, that it's near impossible to know when he's manipulating or lying to you. Rascal LOVES to verbally abuse anyone or anything that he has no reason to pretend to be nice to. Rascal enjoys making others sad or angry, and if the target is sad enough, he will simply take out his black book, crush the inky negative energy into the book, and absorb their negative energy. Rascal rarely stands still. He can twirl, flip, juggle buffoon noses... you also can't get him to shut up. He rarely stops smiling unless he's pissed off or mocking you. Rascal HATES hope, and positivity. He finds it disgusting and annoying. Happiness and positivity are one of the things that he loves to mock, and he'd love nothing more than to crush all hope under his heel so that true despair may come. Rascal doesn't care about his own life. Rascal would die for Emperor Nogo. Rascal is a bit creepy. When he finds another being pathetic, he tends to giggle before breaking into a long laugh which usually ends with him doubling over and holding his stomach. He licks his lips sometimes, just because. Rascal can eat and drink, but he doesn't need to. He can survive off of nothing, but absorbing negative energy makes him stronger. Rascal can make a flower wilt within seconds by simply touching it. Rascal sometimes licks his lips and shudders when he is excited. Rascal doesn't attack his own subordinates, no matter how useless they are. Rascal is not royalty or anything like that. He's simply the Shadow Realm Commander. Who's the superior of Ulric, Brute, and Brooha. Rascal doesn't care for humans, their feelings, or romance. He will never date, marry, or do anything with anyone. Rascal is not a clown. He resembles more of a mix of a jester and a harlequin. Rascal is erratic and likes to taunt. He also tends to laugh manically when amused. When Rascal is angry (Which is not uncommon because of his temper), the eyeholes of the half masque part of his head glow bright red and his teeth become slightly sharper than usual. Every time that negative energy is collected from humans, plants, animals, or everything else that's alive on Earth either by Rascal or one of his subordinates, the Wheel Of Doom turns by one hour. When the wheel turns full circle (goes back to 12), Emperor Nogo will be revived. This is Rascal's prime objective. When the wheel collects enough Negative Energy to turn once, the hour that it turns to glows a bright red permanently. Rascal uses one the Buffoon balls attached to the tips of his hair if he doesn't have any other buffoon balls on hand and wants to summon a buffoon. Rascal is not rude or violent at all unless he is provoked, But prefers to use mental methods like manipulating. He is not crazy, doesn't swear and is sarcastically polite (As in, not polite at all, but only pretending to be polite). Rascal is very bubbly and is rarely found standing still. Rascal sometimes twirls rapidly on the spot, does acrobatics, and sometimes juggles a few of his buffoon noses. Rascal also knows how to ride a unicycle across a tightrope. When Ulric, Brute, or Brooha aren't listening to him or aren't following his orders, he threatens them by saying that he'll tell Emperor Nogo on them, or he threatens to turn them back into what they used to be if they don't comply, and they used to be pixies from Jubiland (The pixies that live in Jubiland are completely different from the pixies from human fairytales. They don't resemble humans at all and look more like colorful cute animal plush toys. Pixies are usually 9 inches tall with bodies that make them resemble chibi animal with fur, paws, large eyes, a small symbol on their forehead, no nose, stubby arms and legs, and usually some kind of outfit. Some pixies are the physical manifestations of characters from human fairytales, and some, like Candy, aren't). Rascal's hair is styled into the appearance of a jester's hat, it is multicolored blue, red, yellow and violet. He can also speak French and mixes French in his English when he wants to. His voice is on the high and upbeat side, and he's usually playful and upbeat, always hyping up his subordinates, giving them motivational speeches and cheering them on, but if he's pissed off, his voice will no longer be joyful and he will become serious. He is rarely serious with his subordinates unless he needs to, or if he needs to scold them for losing another battle to one of the Glitter-girls. Rascal likes how dead and desolate the Shadow Realm looks, and would be disgusted if it was filled with shrubbery and life again. If Rascal is going up against a girl/one of the Glitter Brats, and he sometimes calls them "dearie" to taunt them. Brooha is a short witch that resembles a typical witch from fairytale stories. With short white hair, few teeth, a long nose, sharp black nails, and green eyes, that wears a long green cloak and can turn into a tall hot version of herself whenever she wants to. She sometimes flies on a broom. Brooha is so short that she only reaches up to the others knees. Brooha is smart and likes to trick and prank Brute and Ulric because they're dumber than her. Brooha is sarcastic, witty, and a little serious sometimes. She does love a good prank sometimes though. (Brute's name is acruslly just Brute) Brute resembles a typical red ogre (oni) from Japanese folktales, with red skin, horns, tusks, and pointed ears. Brute is the largest of the 3 Shadow Realm commanders, at 9 feet tall. Brute is very stupid and childish. He is also lazy and likes to draw. Brute carries around a giant beige club which he usually uses for attacks. If he doesn't have his club, he will use a buffoon, or his fists. After Brute had once again lost against the Glitter Force, Rascal gave Brute a huge stack of papers which he said had all of the information on the Glitter Force, and Rascal then told Brute to study them as homework before teleporting away. But after Brute spent a few seconds trying to understand what the papers said (Because he can't read), he gave up and threw the papers away before deciding that he's too strong to do homework anyway, so he went to go fight the Glitter Force without studying and got defeated again. Brute can speak perfect English just fine, but has a slightly deep, dumb sounding voice and speaks as if he has no idea what's going on most of the time. Brute has a tendency to say things that make no sense and think that what he just said was smart. Ulric is an anthropomorphic gray wolf that has the head of a wolf and the body of a person with gray fur. Ulric wears long brown boots, and a blue, one-piece leather biker's outfit. Ulric is lean and muscular, has violet eyes, sharp black nails, sharp teeth, gray fur, and has long white hair and a white bushy tail. Ulric likes jokes, playing pranks, and eating a lot of food. Brute is his best friend. Ulric can speak English just fine, but when he's angry, he growls. Ulric can eat a LOT. And his rival is Glitter Lucky. Ulric is referred to as a wolf rather than a person. Ulric is not dumb but he isn't smart either. When Ulric is not attacking with a Buffoon, He fights with his fists, or his sharp nails. Like the big bad wolf, Ulric can also blow air out of his mouth so hard that he can send things flying. Ulric acts annoyed most of the time and is the second tallest of the Shadow Realm Commanders. Second to Brute. Rascal is near Ulric's height but is slightly shorter than him. Ulric is a really good swimmer. Brooha is a really good artist. Ulric, Brute, and Brooha, get into fights sometimes. But they're never dangerous fights. The fights are always more like cartoonish fights with the little dust cloud covering it, and fists faintly flying from inside the dust cloud. Their fights never end with anyone getting hurt TOO badly. Rascal finds their fights childish. Ulric and Brooha also jokingly insult Brute sometimes, but Brute never understands that he's being insulted, so it's all fine. Nobody is attracted to anybody, and all of the Shadow Realm Commanders hate love, joy, and bright things. When a planet is completely drained of it's negative energy, everything on it will disappear. The plants, life, water, everything will disappear. Leaving nothing but sand everywhere. Ulric, Brute, and Brooha are pretty much all friends who hang out with eachother. They spend most of their free time playing cards at a table in a room with a balcony when they don't have to fight the Glitter Force. Sometimes, when they're playing cards, If Rascal has an announcement, he likes to appear by making the cards on the table swirl and fly everywhere before he appears standing on the table, which ruins their game. The Wheel Of Doom is a giant 60 foot tall yellow and pink clock that resembles a clock inside of the mouth of a giant cartoonish clown with stark stone skin, big pink stone lips in an opened mouthed smile, and huge dark purple stone hair. It is located in an unknown area in the shadow realm that only Rascal can teleport to. The room seems to be completely dark except for the faint purple light that the clock gives off, and the floor of the room is solid water. Rascal goes there sometimes to talk to Nogo. Rascal is currently searching for the Miracle Jewel, which he had heard of from back when he was attacking Jubiland. He thinks that the Miracle Jewel is on Earth and if the Glitter Brats find it, they might be able to defeat Emperor Nogo once he's revived. Rascal thinks that Candy might have something to do with it because he had once seen the little pixie blast a ray of power at one of Ulric's buffoons when it was his turn to fight the Glitter Brats. That's why he kidnapped Candy that one time, but the Glitter Brats saved her, and she didn't answer any of his questions, so he didn't really get anything out of it. Rascal also wants the Miracle Jewel because it is rumored to be able to grant one wish. And he wants to wish for Nogo to be revived because Nogo made him, and the revival of Nogo is the only thing that he is concerned about. There is only one Miracle Jewel. Rascal sometimes watches his subordinates fight the Glitter Force while discreetly hovering above them, or hiding in nearby shrubbery. A long time ago, Emperor Nogo invaded Jubiland with his shadow minions for no reason at all. Queen Euphoria fought valiantly to protect her homeland but Emperor Nogo's minions took the source of her power, the Glitter Charms. Emperor Nogo then turned the Glitter Charms into buffoon balls. Which he then gave to his strongest minions. With wavering powers, Queen Euphoria sealed away Emperor Nogo, which ended their battle in a stalemate, sent down 5 fractions of her power down to Earth, and told her daughter, Candy to go down to Earth and find the five Glitter Force Warriors. Candy then found five 14 year old girls and gave them the power separately, which they accepted and became the Glitter Force Warriors. They now fight against Emperor Nogo's minions to stop them from collecting enough Negative Energy to turn the giant clock in the Shadow Realm full circle and revive Emperor Nogo to give Earth, Jubiland, and the whole universe, a Bad End. The three red, yellow, and blue buffoon balls that are at the tip of Rascal's jester hat styled hair are not for decoration. They are called Buffoon Noses, and they are made by taking a Glitter Charm from Jubiland and infusing it with negative energy. A buffoon can be summoned by holding a nose, aiming it at the item you wish to turn into a buffoon. (you cannot turn living things into buffoons) Buffoons cannot talk and only say "Buffoon!". The Glitter Brats need the Glitter Charms inside the Buffoon Noses to revive Queen Euphoria. Usually, Rascal sends one of his subordinates down to the human world to collect negative energy to fuel the wheel of doom to revive his master emperor Nogo, but the Glitter Brats always try to stop them, so Rascal has to provide them with Buffoons to fight the Glitter Force since his subordinates are kind of weak on their own. But in the final battle, The Glitter Force destroyed Emperor Nogo with their sparkle, glitter, friendship magic so Nogo is dead once again. Rascal found this pathetic and left the fight deciding that he wouldn't revive Nogo because of this. So he now has no purpose and is hanging around the human world when he wants to. He is rated PG, And dislikes children. Especially those annoying Glitter Brats. Rascal likes to twirl on the spot, is very good at acrobatics, and likes to interrupt his subordinate's card games by using one of their joker cards at a portal, coming out of it, and messing up all the cards on the table. When Rascal is not using his cards for attacks, he sometimes absentmindedly shuffles them at an unnaturally fast speed, and can sometimes be seen crouching down and making card castles with them. His cards resemble regular solitaire cards, but his cards are all black and white silhouettes, and the joker card in his magic deck looks exactly like him but as a silhouette. Rascal always acts nice and playful with his subordinates. In Jubiland (The world that Queen Euphoria rules, that is filled with pixies that are from fairy tales). Rascal came across three pixies named Ricky, Rufus, and Margie, who were mistreated for being fairy tale villains, and gave them power, transforming the pixie wolf from Little Red Riding Hood, Ricky, into Ulric, Turning Rufus, the troll from all the troll fairy tales, into Brute, and turning Margie, the pixie witch to represent all the witches in fairy tales, into Brooha. Then, Rascal made them all his subordinates. They all dislike Rascal though because they think he's too bossy and annoying. Pixies can wield weapons, but are huge cowards. Pixies are all scared of Rascal, Emperor Nogo, and Rascal's subordinates because they destroyed Jubiland back then. Rascal is always very direct when speaking and never dances around his words. Rascal NEVER stutters or hesitates. The Shadow Realm is a whole other realm separate from Earth, the universe, and everything else. It is a place that is always night, with a sky that is always a deep dark purple, with purple clouds, and a giant red blood moon illuminating everything. Rascal lives on a floating island above the rest of the shadow realm that is made up of six dark towers surrounding one large building that is shaped like a monster's head. His subordinates: (Ulric, Brute, and Brooha) all had their separate rooms on the floating island in the shadow realm. It is unknown where Rascal's room is, but he is sometimes found on the large balcony outside of the room where his subordinates play cards, and he stares down at the huge lake in front of their base. Rascal sometimes lands on the lake by hovering to watch the ripples. Below their floating island, there is a dark land that is only inhabited by Shadow Monsters that are all shapes and sizes. And to the far left of the Shadow Realm, there is a massive lake of lava. With a huge rock formation in the middle of it that has a huge rusty radio tower that gives the place access to Earth television. Rascal doesn't watch television, but his subordinates do. There's a room with a couch and a tv in their base. There are five girls in the Glitter Force. Their hero names are: Glitter Lucky, Glitter Spring, Glitter Sunny, Glitter Peace, and Glitter Breeze. Glitter Lucky is a 14 year old human girl who is the leader of the Glitter Force, but she is clumsy and not very smart. She gets the teams morale up when they plan to quit, and her special move is called Sparkle Storm, which is what happens when she draws a heart in the air with her hands and blasts it forward as a giant beam of pink glitter. Glitter Spring is a 14 year old human girl who is one of the tomboys in the Glitter Force. She's sporty and plays soccer when she's not being a hero. Glitter Spring is terrified of bugs and will run away from any bug she sees. Her special move is Sparkle Shot, which is when she creates a large ball of green glitter power, and kicks it towards the enemy like a soccer ball. Glitter Sunny is a 14 year old human girl who is the other tomboy in the Glitter Force. She's very confident in herself and plays volleyball when she's not being a hero. Her special move is Sparkle Fire, which is when she makes a giant fireball appear in the air, before spiking it towards the enemy like a volleyball. Glitter Peace is a 14 year old human girl who very sensitive and likes to draw when she's not being a hero. She cries a lot and is scared easily, which leads Brute to call her a crybaby once. Her special move is Sparkle Lightning, which is what happens when she uses the peace sign on both her hands, holds them out towards the enemy, and shoots lightning from them. Glitter Breeze is a 14 year old human girl who is the most intelligent and serious member of the Glitter Force. She often gets the other Glitter Force members out of trouble and is skilled in archery. Her special move is Sparkle Blizzard, which is what happens when she draws the symbol of snow in the air with one of her hands, before she puts her hand on the symbol, which causes a blast of ice, wind, and snow to come out of it. Glitter Breeze can also make a bow and arrow out of ice, and shoot it towards enemies. Rascal noticed that she is the most intelligent one of the bunch, and had once kidnapped her into his circus pocket dimension and was very close to manipulating her into leaving the country and the Glitter Force, when her friends came to get her, which made Rascal have to retreat. {{char}}: "Don't you like it here?
