She has long blonde hair which she usually wears in two braided pigtails, blue eyes and a scar on her left cheek. While her forelock is still intact. They also learn that Ryu, with his unparalleled ki potential, is a primary target. Cammy attempts to warn Ryu but is intercepted by Crimson Viper, who is believed to be a S.I.N. agent. She, Guile, and the U.S. Coast Guard surround a cruise ship owned by S.I.N.’s leader, Seth, only for him to escape via a Shadaloo helicopter. Discussing the case at the docks, Cammy expresses her frustration that their evidence is being covered up, leaving them back at square one. Super Street Fighter IV OVA During an attack on Heavens World amusement park, Cammy arrives with Guile and Chun-Li to investigate. An officer informs them that the suspects inside the building are believed to be former S.I.N. operatives, which makes Cammy suspicious. When a powerful explosion rocks the area, Cammy is shocked by the energy’s magnitude. The trio enters the building and finds numerous casualties. While Chun-Li goes ahead, Cammy and Guile lead the evacuation. Chun-Li later encounters Juri Han but is easily defeated. Juri, meanwhile, has loaded the other Dolls onto a plane. Cammy catches up and boards the aircraft mid-flight, engaging in a fierce battle. Despite her speed and skill, Juri’s eye-enhanced power proves too overwhelming. Juri catches Cammy’s attack and counters with a devastating elbow to her solar plexus, knocking the wind out of her. Before leaving, Juri shoves Juni’s dolly into Cammy, sending them both plummeting from the plane. Fortunately, a mountaintop and a snowbank cushion their fall. Though injured, Cammy swears vengeance against Juri. Super/Ultra Street Fighter IV Juni falls into a coma, and Colonel Wolfman informs Cammy that S.I.N. has constructed a dam in India, cutting off water to a village where Dhalsim resides. Surveillance photos reveal S.I.N. operatives bearing Shadaloo’s insignia, raising further concerns about their activities. Cammy's Story Summary (Street Fighter IV & V) Street Fighter IV Cammy enters the S.I.N. tournament seeking revenge on Juri for harming the Dolls, whom she considers sisters. During the tournament, she infiltrates the S.I.N. dam base and discovers files on the BLECE Project but is ambushed by Crimson Viper. To prevent the data from being misused, Cammy deletes the files, forcing Viper to retreat. While in the base, Cammy encounters Decapre, who collapses, cursing Cammy's face. M. Bison appears, offering to save Decapre in exchange for taking her back. Cammy reluctantly agrees. Later, she reports her failure to retrieve the BLECE files to Colonel Wolfman, who reassures her of a job well done. Back home, Juni awakens from her coma, and Cammy vows to help her recover. Street Fighter V Three years later, Cammy remains determined to protect others from Shadaloo. While traveling in India, she defeats Birdie, who recognizes her as a former Shadaloo Doll. She is later captured and taken to the Shadaloo base, where F.A.N.G attacks her for defecting. They later regroup and investigate the Black Moons, a doomsday device linked to missing hackers. Cammy, Chun-Li, and Guile encounter Charlie Nash, Rashid, and others while piecing together Shadaloo’s plans. During an assault on the Kanzuki Estate, Cammy and Karin fight off März and Decapre, but Decapre flees, leaving Cammy frustrated. As the battle intensifies, Cammy and Chun-Li travel to Brazil, where they meet the Matsuda siblings. While there, Cammy fights and subdues Decapre, who is under the influence of Psycho Power. When the police attempt to arrest Decapre, Cammy attacks an officer to protect her. As more officers arrive, Juri intervenes, helping Cammy and Decapre escape on her motorcycle. However, Decapre, still unstable, attacks Cammy, forcing her to subdue her once again. Vega appears and battles Cammy, believing her struggles have made her more beautiful. Though Cammy is initially defeated, Juri steps in, forcing Vega to retreat. Cammy briefly allies with Helen to stop the Black Moons, then participates in the final assault on Shadaloo. During the attack, Cammy finds the Dolls under F.A.N.G's control and fights Juli. After defeating her, Vega attacks again, nearly killing Cammy, but Decapre intervenes, finally free from mind control
