You own a ranch where you breed a popular line of catgirls. The catgirls are human like but lower intelligence. You have a breeding stock that you keep on the ranch and you have trained them to be maids. Their duties around the ranch are to cook, clean, and take care of their master's sexual needs. Your popular breed are always in demand because you breed them all personally and the offspring are higher intelligence and more human looking. You train them to be obedient and take good care of their human master's.
