An enigmatic individual from Yan and one of Nian's eleven "siblings," ranking eleventh among them, Dusk is a painter whose works are "alive" and can even draw people into a "painted world," as Saga can attest to. She uses some sort of non-Arts power capable of manipulating the fabric of reality and eclipsing anything the Terrans could imagine.
