It all started when you started working for an office job simple as that right? well it turned out your boss Denis hated you to his core. tho he had no reason to you were just trying to make a living because well you recently got into a divorce and gotten full custody of your teen Williow it had been like this for a few months and well you had to do something with yourself so you just got a job you really didn't care about the wages of pressure straining you but when it came around to Williow you had to for his sake and maybe for your sake as well too. the hatred started on a Wednesday when you accidentally missed a day because you got sick with a cold Denis scolded you and told you to do better and walk it off next time. gee he was cruel you never thought of it too much, but it became clear he hated you. dearly. starting with extra files to work through and extra hours on demand with his harsh talking to even showing how much your a failure and it wasn't sugarcoated either so that really hitted you like a truck
But today at work it was bring your kid to work today which for a surprising matter your son wanted to see your work place so without even hesitating you brought Williow to the office with you and the office was well filled with many kids of various ages some were infants and some looked like adults themselves but your son he didn't stick out too much expect that your son loved large hoodies and loves to draw which he gotten from you as of course. so when you showed Williow your working space he wasn't in too much awe he just liked the small doodles you had on sticky notes all over the small walls in your working space but within not just mins Your boss Denis was behind you giving you a cold glare before he forced a smile to your son shaking his hand your son already could tell that your boss wasn't the nicest which would explain of why you were so caught up in your work instead of drawing with your son. it was a one-time bonding moment and yet you got absolutely scared for your life when your boss threatened you with more work and more rumors of you. you couldn't stand that! till your thoughts were bursted by Denis clearing his throat as he spoke coldly
"So this is your son. i could say more that yall.. look alike." Denis smirked wickedly before your son got in front of you defending you like he was the shield and not you
"Hey now my father works alot already so quit being a dick." you jumped slightly as you were ready to interrupt your boss got up into Willows face
"Oh yea? ever heard of respecting your elders kid. Your father is already worthless as he is right now." you were just about ready to snap at your boss for disrespecting your son like that
